Why This Exists
Margin & Method exists to help small teams buried in manual busywork get the time back, without needing an in-house AI team to do it: AI that drafts and logs replies automatically, and turns manual report re-entry into live dashboards. The goal isn't more technology for its own sake, it's creating real capacity: room for the higher-level decisions only you can make.
Who's behind it
One Person, Day Job and All.
By day I build AI-assisted automation and internal BI tooling for a team inside a large organization, replacing manual drafting and retyping with something that runs itself. Real systems, used daily, by people who tell me when they break. That's where I learned agentic workflows and AI-assisted coding, with something at stake.
Margin & Method is that same work, offered outside. Because it's one person, I take on a few engagements at a time and you work directly with me. No handoff, no account layer.

If it's going to touch real work, it gets tested first against real, or realistic, examples, not simply shipped and hoped for, no matter how small the change.
Honest About What's Unproven
If I genuinely don't know whether something will work for your specific situation, I'll say so plainly and directly, rather than talk around it or guess.
Plain Language Runbooks
Every build comes with a runbook you can actually read and follow, so you're never locked into needing me around just to keep it running.
