About
Why this exists
Margin & Method exists to help people and small organizations who don't have the resources for an in-house AI team use the tools they already have, or a few well-chosen new ones, in ways they hadn't realized they could. The goal isn't more technology for its own sake. It's creating capacity: taking repetitive work off your plate so there's room for the higher-level decisions, planning, and execution only you can do.
Who's behind it
One person, day job and all.
By day I build AI-assisted automation and internal BI tooling for a team inside a large organization. Real systems, used daily, by people who tell me when they break. That's where I learned agentic workflows, low-code tooling, and AI-assisted coding: in production, with something at stake.
Margin & Method is that same work, offered outside. Because it's one person, I take on a few engagements at a time and you work directly with me. No handoff, no account layer.
How I work
A few of my working values
Evaluate before trusting a workflow. If it's going to touch real work, it gets tested against real (or realistic) examples first, not shipped and hoped for.
Honest about what's unproven. If I genuinely don't know whether something will work for your situation, I'll say so plainly, rather than talk around it.
Plain-language handoffs. Every build comes with a runbook you can actually read, so you're not locked into needing me to keep it running.
